Terms for using Tresslog and Tresslog Premium.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Tresslog, including our website, mobile applications, and premium services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use Tresslog. These terms apply to all users, whether using free or premium features.
Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your login credentials secure. You must not impersonate another person, create fraudulent accounts, or use Tresslog for unlawful purposes.
Use of Tresslog
Tresslog is designed to help users track hair routines, products, logs, photos, progress, and personal hair care habits. You are responsible for the information you add and how you interpret insights, recommendations, routines, or educational content provided through the platform. Tresslog is intended for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise approved by us in writing.
Subscriptions and Billing
Tresslog offers free access with optional premium subscriptions that unlock additional features and remove certain usage limits. Premium subscriptions may be billed monthly or yearly through Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment disputes are managed by the relevant app store according to their policies. Subscription prices may change in the future, but existing subscribers will be notified where required.
User Content and Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you upload to Tresslog, including logs, notes, photos, routines, reviews, and progress entries. By uploading content, you grant Tresslog a limited license to store, process, display, and use that content solely for operating and improving the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload, including photos or media containing third-party material.
Community Content
Tresslog Community allows users to share public logs, routines, progress photos, product experiences, and other content with other users. By choosing to make content public, you acknowledge that it may be viewed, interacted with, saved, or referenced by other community members. Please only share content you are comfortable making publicly visible.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use Tresslog to post harmful, abusive, misleading, illegal, discriminatory, defamatory, sexually explicit, or fraudulent content. Harassment, hate speech, spam, fake reviews, impersonation, malicious automation, attempts to exploit vulnerabilities, or abuse of community features are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to remove content or restrict accounts that violate these standards.
Health and Hair Care Information
Tresslog content, including routines, product suggestions, educational articles, AI-generated guidance, and community discussions, is provided for informational and educational purposes only. This information does not constitute medical, dermatological, trichological, or professional healthcare advice and should not replace consultation with qualified professionals.
Product Information Disclaimer
Product information, ingredient lists, descriptions, ratings, and recommendations displayed within Tresslog are provided for convenience and may change over time. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all product data remains complete, current, or error-free. Users should verify ingredients and product suitability independently before use.
Intellectual Property
Tresslog, including its branding, design system, interface, graphics, copy, features, software, and proprietary content, is owned by Tresslog and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the service without prior written permission.
Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable experience but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of Tresslog at all times. Features may be modified, improved, temporarily disabled, or discontinued as we evolve the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party outages, or unforeseen failures may affect service availability.
Account Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Tresslog if we believe a user has violated these terms, abused the platform, engaged in fraudulent activity, or created risk to other users or the service. We may remove content or accounts without prior notice when necessary for safety, legal compliance, or platform integrity.
Limitation of Liability
